Initial Contact:

Architectural Drawings are completed.

Client has specified all design options.


Design Build.

Tapping into our years of experience, Kahanamoku

Builders can assist our client to incorporate their design

criteria and desired options while working to stay within

your budget requirements.


Pre Construction and Construction options:

Owner builder, owner responsible for required Planning and

Building Department. due diligence at local jurisdiction.


Basic Construction Process:

A good foundation always comes first!

Rough in's come next.

Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Audio Visual,

Home Automation.

Fit and Finish.

Drywall, Paint, Wallpaper. Cabinets, Flat Surfaces, Finish

trims. Wall and or Floor tile/Floor coverings.

Final walk through.

Touch up items not to our standards.

Thorough check of all operational items.

"Turn Key" over to satisfied Client.


Construction outside the home:

Kahanamoku Builders can also help you with Fencing, CMU walls, Spa's/Pools, Walkways and Landscape around your home.
